From bright tropical notes to rich, warming spices and delicate tea-infused aromas, every sip offers you a unique expression of the season.

• Sunshine in the Rain – A vibrant blend of 42 Below vodka, passion fruit purée, and pomegranate juice, topped with Schweppes tonic for a bright and refreshing finish.
• Dark ’n’ Stormy Twist – Bacardi Carta Oro combined with ginger syrup, pineapple and lime juice, Angostura bitters, and ginger ale, creating a bold cocktail with layers of tropical spice and citrus.
• The Rainbow Road – Bombay Sapphire infused with oolong tea, complemented by Aperol, melon syrup, lime juice, and soda, offering a delicate balance of botanical, fruity, and refreshing flavours.
