•Planning and monitoring CRM budget and calendar, by selecting the right target, offering the right promotion and communicating at the right time
• Develop RFM segmentation model to study and target customer based on their behaviors
• Prepare and monitor CRM campaign efficiency report, conduct AB Test to find the best offer and message for targeted campaign to increase customer retention rate
• Design and conduct in-depth analysis to support product and channel improvement and development
• Negotiate for the effective cost and fee with agents and partners
• Help customer service team to handle customer cases

ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ (09.00-18.00)
