Customer Service Representative

A new position as customer service representative has arisen within our international team. The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, provide product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry. Our customers are UK based and therefor an excellent level of English language abilities is required.

Customer Service Job Duties:

· Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and messages

· Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

· Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

· Aim for customer resolution and return to satisfaction

Customer Service Job Requirements:

· Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

· Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

· Excellent English Language abilities

· Able to work from 3pm to 11.30pm Monday to Friday

· Some Saturdays 4pm to 8pm

· Core Salary of 17,000THB
