Position: Operation Director
Responsibilities
-Responsible for planning, managing, managing the operations of the company's operations. to achieve customer satisfaction as well as complying with the operational standards of every storefront
-Set strategies, goals and plans that help support the work to increase sales and increase profits for the company.
- Weekly analytics and reports on sales and profit control.
- Make improvements and maintain the image of various aspects of work. of the company to be in the standard
- Set local sales targets and drive sales to achieve them.
- Evaluate sales trends and plan appropriate actions to close sales gaps.
- Participate in recruitment and selection activities according to the level of responsibility.
-Bring the human resource development policy from the management into a practical plan.
- Develop and improve the process Related systems and operating manuals
- Consulting and developing district managers and restaurant managers to meet company standards.
- Organize training programs to develop services and correct production methods for employees.
- Communicate to make all employees aware of their expectations and performance standards.
- Supervise all employees to comply with the rules of the company.
-Check the quality of service provided by employees to ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Check and control the quality according to the Q.S.C. system.
- Set service standards in practice for subordinates.
- Follow up on the progress of solving customer problems with district managers and store managers. When customer complaints arise
Study and analyze information to find investment channels. Finding new business opportunities plan and build New products/services to increase profits or enhancing competitiveness for the Company
-Planning and coordinating with all departments both inside and outside the organization. to enable the launch of new products or services new promotion or any changes about products or services successfully completed
- Assess opportunities and potential risks of those channels. Including comparing guidelines for each type of investment.
- Negotiate and manage business contracts with the company's partners.
- Prepare and present business plans to the management for decision making.

Education level : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields

- High flexibility in work
-Experience managing a cafe business or food and beverage outlets for at least 3 years
- Work well under pressure conditions
