Executive Chef Lam Kok Weng has curated exquisite vegetarian dishes, including must-try options like Deep-Fried Vegetarian Taro Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce (THB 320++), Stir-Fried Vegetables with Winter Melon (THB 320++), and Sautéed Mixed Nuts with Capsicum (THB 320++) from the à la carte menu.
