J&T Express Collaborates with Government Agencies to Enhance Digital and Logistics Skills for Local Entrepreneurs and F

Bangkok, 26 June 2026 – J&T Express, a leading global logistics service provider, in collaboration with the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE) and the Bureau of Local Wisdom and Community Enterprise Promotion, organized a digital and logistics skills development workshop under the “J&T Supports Local” initiative at Mixt Chatuchak, Bangkok. The program aimed to strengthen the capabilities of OTOP entrepreneurs, SMEs, farmers, and interested participants by providing practical knowledge in digital technologies, online marketing, and logistics.


The workshop featured hands-on training sessions covering the use of business applications and social media for business operations, cybersecurity awareness, and legal compliance for online businesses under Thailand’s Computer Crime Act. Participants also explored case studies on digital risk management to enhance their understanding of business risk management in the digital era. In addition, they gained practical knowledge of packaging techniques and selecting appropriate logistics solutions to improve delivery efficiency, reduce operational costs, and expand market reach more effectively.
