Throughout September and October, Plate Restaurant is excited to present unique ingredients sourced from different regions - Thai Puff Ball Mushrooms and Black Truffle offer two distinct styles and unforgettable culinary creations.

Chef Pongsapon, the Executive Chef, brings the premium ingredients "Thai Puff Ball and Truffle" to Carlton's kitchen to create two special dishes. Enjoy a Thai all-time popular menu with Krapao - Thai Puff Ball Mushrooms stir-fried with basil, served with Grilled French Charolais Beef Striploin and Marinated Egg Yolk, all accompanied by Jasmine Rice. Alternatively, try the Italian cuisine of Black Truffle Tagliolino al Tartufo Nero, offering the richness of black truffle and its unique, complex aroma.

Plate of the Month is served daily from 10:30 am – 10:30 pm.
Priced at THB 790++ per dish.
