Seminar, Driving Daikin (Thailand) Toward Industrial AI Applications

Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), a leader in IT Enterprise Solutions, together with Lenovo, hosted the exclusive seminar “Lenovo Discovery ’26: Smarter AI for All” for Daikin Industries (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The event offered new perspectives on applying AI technology in real-world manufacturing. It was held on Friday, September 25, 2026 (B.E. 2569), at Nikko Amata City Chonburi Hotel.



The seminar was led by MSC’s SDS (Smart Devices Solution) unit, which initiated and coordinated the collaboration with Lenovo to develop AI approaches for enterprise customers. It also drew on the infrastructure expertise of EPIS (Enterprise Platform & Infrastructure Solution) to present a complete AI solution, from End-User Computing and AI PCs to Infrastructure and Hybrid AI Platforms.



The collaboration aims to help organizations move from exploring and experimenting with AI (AI Exploration) to applying it in actual work processes, creating tangible business results (Real-World AI Application).



At the event, Lenovo presented its Hybrid AI concept, a flexible approach to deploying and managing AI across Edge, Cloud, and On-Premises environments. This allows organizations to choose the right environment for each workload and to scale AI across the enterprise efficiently.



Participants also took a deep dive into next-generation AI innovation, especially Agentic AI, which is playing an increasingly important role in planning, analyzing, and executing business processes. They also watched technology demos and exchanged ideas directly with experts from Lenovo and MSC.
