Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026 from November 1, 2026, to March 14, 2027

The world-class event that Thailand is hosting, the “Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026” is going to happen soon.

The Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026 is the world's first horticultural expo held on a wetland, under the theme “Diversity of Life: Connecting People, Water and Plants for Sustainable Living,” promoting the balanced coexistence of humans, nature, and water resources through the beauty of plants and cultures from around the world.

As of July 29, 2026, there are 20 countries/organizations are participating. Several countries have already confirmed their participation in the International Horticultural Exposition, including Japan, China, the United States, Turkey, Laos, Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Colombia, Yemen, Montenegro, Madagascar, Somalia, Mexico, Egypt, Djibouti, and the International Association of Horticulture Producers (AIPH), among others.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the main organizing body, anticipates over 3.6 million visitors, generating over 20 billion baht in economic value and creating numerous jobs. The event will also elevate Udon Thani Province to a green economy hub and an international tourism destination.
